Stuart is not just the founder of Achievement Support Services he’s also a person living with disability who uses support workers himself. After years of navigating the NDIS and experiencing the ups and downs of receiving care, he knew things could be done better — more respectfully, more consistently, and with more heart. So he built something from the ground up.

Achievement Support Services was created with one clear goal: to provide the kind of real, reliable, person-centred support that puts people first. Stuart’s lived experience is woven through every part of the business — from how staff are chosen to how clients are treated. He’s still closely involved in the day-to-day and makes sure everything we do stays true to what actually matters: showing up, listening, and helping people live life on their terms.

Mindy – Manager

Mindy brings calm, coordination, and a big-picture brain to our day-to-day operations. From wrangling rosters to supporting the support crew, she keeps things moving behind the scenes. With a background in retail - admin, care and community service, she’s a trusted anchor for our team and a compassionate point of contact for clients and families alike.
